• Alcohol-Free Celebration: We are proud to host “dry” events to ensure a warm, inclusive, budget-friendly, and family-focused atmosphere. While no alcohol is permitted on-site, we invite you to get creative with refreshing mocktails and other non-alcoholic beverages!
• Preserving Our History: To protect our historic structure, we do not allow open flames. We encourage the use of flickering LED or battery-operated candles to create a beautiful, safe glow.
• Decorating with Care: To keep our walls beautiful, please refrain from using nails, staples, glue, or duct tape. We recommend Command Strips as the safest way to hang your decor.
• Leave it Lovely: To ensure your full security deposit is returned, please remove all personal items, decor, and trash at the end of your event.
• Timing Your Event: To respect our scheduling, access is limited to the hours in your contract. Please plan for a timely departure to avoid any overtime fees.
